January, 2023
Online ACH Signup for 2023 Closing on 1/26/2023
The online signup for the payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment is closing at 5pm, Thursday, 1/26/2023.
1. To allow for validation and processing time, residents signing up between now and 1/26 will have their first payment scheduled for February 6, 2023.
2. You will receive an email confirming your successful online signup. If there is a problem with your banking information, you will receive another email before 2/6/2023 informing you of the problem, and giving you time to get corrected information back to us.
3. Late fees are not charged on 2/1 for approved and validated ACH signups.
4. If you are not able to sign up for ACH payment of your 2023 Annual Assessment, your payment is due in our office no later than 5pm on January 31
st. Accounts not paid by 5pm on that day will be charged late fees and interest per the posted collections policy.

2020 Annual Meeting POSTPONED
The 2020 Annual Meeting scheduled for 4/16/20 has been postponed as a precaution during the current Covid-19 crisis. Residents have been sent an email announcing this. The meeting will be rescheduled by the Board for a later date in 2020.

BOARD RESOLUTION ADOPTED
At a duly posted and called meeting of the Sage Meadows Homeowners Association Board of Directors held on July 26th, 2016, the following RESOLUTION was unanimously approved and adopted:

BE IT RESOLVED AND CLARIFIED, the Sage Meadows Homeowners Association is not involved with, or sponsoring the formation of, administration of, or oversight of the community’s Neighborhood Watch. The NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH is not a Board sanctioned or authorized Committee as defined under Article 10.03 (COMMITTEES) of the Sage Meadows Homeowners Association Bylaws; the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH does not fall under the Association’s Powers as defined in Article 3.4 of the Sage Meadows Homeowners Association Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.
THEREFORE, IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that all members of the Sage Meadows Homeowners Association Board of Directors may participate in the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH if they choose to do so, since the NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH is a social function unrelated to the business of the Association, and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that as such social meetings, no business of the Association will be discussed by Board members who happen to be present.

Board of Directors meeting
The Sage Meadows HOA Board of Directors will has rescheduled its 7/19/16 meeting, which will now be held at 6:30pm on
Tuesday, July 26th, at 815 Morgan's Point Rd, 76513.
The Board will consider and possibly approve a motion to select a bidder to build a safety fence around the park, and approve a bid to repair the slide in the park. The Board will also adopt a resolution clarifying that the neighborhood watch committee will not be an HOA-sponsored committee.

Park fence maintenance
Because of safety concerns, the old split rail fence at the park has been taken down. The Board is looking into options for a new
steel fence that is powder-coated for both low maintenance on the painting front, as well as something STURDY for longer life and
lower safety liability.
